Baby Rusty "The Nail" Smith

My dog, Rusty, is the best dog because even after a rough start in life he is the most sweetest pup I know. My daughter and I found Rusty stumbling across a busy road on our way home one rainy afternoon. The vet estimated his age at six weeks. He was so weak and undernourished his vision was affected. He would stumble and run into walls and could barely walk. As he began to grow and flourish under our loving care, much to our sadness he began to have seizures. He is now about eight months old and eight pounds of the sweetest, loving dog ever. We are still working to get the seizures under control with medications. We will never give up on Rusty and try to make his life the best it can be.
