Mikaya - German Shepherd dog name

My girl is a 7yr old German Shephard. I decided on the name Makiya after hours,which turned into days. I have other pets and their names all start with the Letter M, but, which are Madison & McKenzie and I wanted to follow suit, but couldn't come up with one I like. We were watching a show and one of the characters was called Kiya, and it clicked. Makiya. It fits her perfect and I've never heard that name used any other place. I thinks it's very uniques and original and like I said, it fits her beautifully.
