McGee

When my daughter was in grade school she hated reading. We tried and tried to find books or stories that would interest her. Well everyday when we would pick her up from school I would ask her what she did that day, and she always said, "We watched McGee and Me". Which is a series that teaches kids lessons in a TV show kind of way.

Well my husband and I talked to her teacher and we found out that there were in fact books based on the series. So of course we went to the book store and bought every McGee and Me book we could find.

When we got home we showed her the books and you would have thought that it was Christmas she was so excited. Finally we found something she loved to read.

So when it came time to get a puppy of course when named it after her favorite show and now book "McGee".
